I saw on the news a few months back that a tourist got his finger stuck inside the gas tank fill nozzle.

It didn't say if it was his car or not...

really I'm not suprised with how Sydney is becoming in terms of theft, I mean if someone can target my rims, and my neighbour's up the blocks car...especially after only had it a few weeks, and I've also had cousins who were mugged on the trains, and one was almost car - jacked another time.

That particular family are pretty well off, and have a bakery business.

You just have to be careful wherever you go, and if you have a set routine that you follow, just keep an eye out for suspicious people. Had a suspicious car waiting on our street at like 3 am when I used to get home from part time work once, had to change the next few shifts, just be safe.

it doesn't only happen to me... I've had quite a few encounters where I had to loose people cause they were following me while I was driving....and this was in my civic too
