So sorry, please come back when you have enough accreditation for a B.A., a B.Ed and are doing a third degree in Archaeology (admittedly I've had to pause this at the moment).

And in the case of effective communication, the lack of comprehension must be attributed to the comprehener. The judgement of effective communication is not impartial in this case and therefore invalid in the mids of the repsonders and observers.

Ummm - now thats just plain rude Oz, and not exactly fair at all.

I have accreditation for the BA (if you actually could read) and I completed my HSC over 10 years ago when they used an aggregate system - none of this UAI crap.

I'm not going to go into this as you're just being overly obnoxious and a complete and utter tosser to boot. Suffice to say that I'm fucking awesome at my job and don't need criticism from an ignorant little tosser like yourself who has no idea.

And if you think I'm pissed off with your rudeness then you are absolutely fucking right.

NP - I'm down with the flu and am in a shit mood anyway.

FYI - my HSC aggregate when worked out to meet a TER 7 years after I left school equated to a UAI of 98+ Of course, the marks don't really correspond - but I chose teaching because I wanted to do it, not for prestige or money (thank god as neither are there ).

Weird how in most countries teachers are considered professionals wheras here they are considered to be public servents of little standing. And they wonder why there is a shortage in teachers in NSW

I retract all statements about you being a complete and utter prick, you're just young and don't know any better

SB - you've just proven that you don't really have that good a memory either. I have always stated that it takes a lot to piss me off but when I do lose my temper then I go right off.

I thought of writing something rude but am restraining myself basically because [deleted - no picking on adolescents]

Feel free to come back when you have a clue

This is one of the reasons I don't feel like teaching at the moment...well even privately...which is the only way I would teach...can't put up with the kids...but sometimes I must say the parents are more obnoxious then the kids, and you feel sorry for the kids who really have no interest at all.

Yeah I know what you are saying. I know the parents are worse than the kids. But I really get a kick out of seeing my kids succeed - and they are my kids. I tend to get too attatched to the senior classes and go out of my way for them, but it's worth it in the long run for sure. My philosophy has always been to try and make some impact on the world in some small way - this is my way which is why I hate the criticism of teaching.

My Year 8s are my kids too, something I came to appreciate as year adviser. It's amazing just how much value there is in teaching - even though it is tough a lot of the time.
