Yah I do most of the cooking at my house when I'm there. My roommates cooking usually means ordering pizza. I can cook and bake pretty good, cept for when it comes to cakes. For some reason, they taste horrible.

Well i can cook, grill, etc etc. Im in cooking for 4-H so i learn a lot there. Hey i put it this way to people once your out in the real world mom and dad aint gonna be there to cook for ya.

I've noticed that everyone here likes to grill...I like grilling a 12oz New Yorker with marinated in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, crushed cloves of garlic, sugar, garlic salt, and a can of 7 Up or Sierra Mist.

I always eat it medium-rare. it tastes damn good.

I loooove to cook. I started cooking a lot when I was getting stoned every day and just started making crazy shit. When I lived with my ex the only thing she cooked was baked chicken, I like baked chicken but damn... Its not hard to cook and cook well just dont be afraid to screw up and remember cooking with a can or a box doesnt count as cooking, fresh veggies, fruit, meat etc is the only way to go.

I have to tell this awesome story about my free filet mignon last night... I work at a restaurant as a food runner, and I saw a filet mignon on a tiny ass plate in the food window. I ask the cook jokingly, "whats that, a side of filet mignon?".... apparently the guy ordered it medium rare and thought it was too medium. I was like... "shit, I'll eat it" (I didnt think he was gonna give me a 24 dollar steak, but he said, "have it, for real man." So I was like... SICK!!! I ate it, and it was absolutely positively completely and utterly perfectly medium rare, and WONDERFUL. Best steak I ever ate, and some dumbass turned it down without even trying a bite. He just cut it and said, thats too medium.... it looked spot on medium rare to me anyways.


I agree there should be a forum, or we could just make a sticky about recipes and cooking. I like to cook for females. It makes a good impression. Plus, cooking WITH a hot chick is super sexy. I cooked a dinner with this one chick I had just met that day, and she made this 5 star quality stuffed chicken dinner and the way she cooked it and prepared it and explained the recipe to me while lookin in my eyes, was fuckin HOT... since then I've kinda had a thing for cooking with girls.

oh yeah... I can grill a mean steak and chicken barbecue for the whole apt complex... used to be a weekly thing me and my room mate did. We'd buy the steaks (just for us) then the chicken for everyone else, and the other people brought beer and smokes. Ahhh, good cooking times.

Tokkie makes a good steak, but other than that and nachos/burritos I'm pretty useless.
