Used means, he bought it off someone else with a Z24 who put a kit on their car and didn't need the original bumpers or side skirts anymore. Tim probably bought them off somone and is going to throw them up on his car instead of the ghey grey bumpers. A z24 coupe body parts will fit a 2.2 coupe.

I just got my front bumper tonight, i got it for free, and i payed $30 for my side skirts. I got them both from friends, so yea. I still have to get a rear bumper but hey, i can deal with no back bumper for a while.

That front bumper is garbage, send it back and ask them to send you another one. There is way too much gap between the bumper and the hood around your lights there...
