96 Bonneville Temp Display Flashing, Need Help.

I really appreciate your efforts in your posts to identify an option to replace the air mix controller. I am still trying to replace mine in a 96 Bonneville without removing the dash. I was hoping for any insight for what steps that Pherse did to execute the replacement with only removing the glove compartment! The pictures presented were awesome but I was hoping for a little help on what parts were removed in order to gain access for the removal and replacement of the controller. Any additional insight would be appreciated. I have stalled on execution since removal of the dash is more than I think I can handle. If I am sucessful, I will provide addtional photos and step by step instructions to assist the next rookie.
