Wow, way to completely miss the point. The idea is that you don't just get a "get out of jail free" card, but that you don't commit the so-called sins in the first place. Christianity is about a change in lifestyle, not a free pass to live how you want.

Would you PLEASE stop blaming stuff you do on the damn immigrants? I don't know how many times I've read posts of yours in which you blame things on your upbringing, the bad neighborhoods, and the poor immigrants, but the number is probably approaching the thousands. Would you please just take some responsibility for your own actions? Is that really too much to ask? What you do is no one's fault but your own.

He was the third longest serving Pope. I remember when he was elected back in 1978. His election came after the last Pope died after only a month in the position. He did a lot in his 26 1/2 year tenure, and i believe he was the most traveled Pope to this day. He left an awfully big pair of shoes for the next Pope to fill, and to carry on his work around the world.

As bad as it sucks, at least it was his time and it wasn't prolonged. It was the pope's time to go and he's better off now. Hopefully the next pope can do as much good as JP2.

You grew up in the suburbs living the life, your parents bought you everything you wanted, you have no fucking clue how it is to come to america as a refugee with NO MONEY, with NO KNOWLEDGE of the english language and trying to make it. After having your family only make $150 a fucking month in a communist country and trying to live on it.

I'm sorry man, but I have to agree with ec437 here, your missing the point of going to church completely, you get forgiveness for your sins, but the idea is to not go out and keep doing the same shit over and over again, expecting to get forgiven every time.
