the joke was for those who "know me"....yes, that car is bought and paid for. i wanted to see if i could fool you guys into thinking i pulled the pics off the net in attempt of an april fools joke. muhahahahaha....i think i just fried derek's brain

this is not a joke. remember i said jer was selling his black si to his brother? well somebody in a 99 dakota backed into that very Si TODAY. we were behind the truck waiting to make a left out of the parking lot. apparently her man called her on the ol' celly saying to come back he left something in the truck. she threw it in reverse, and while jer while was laying on the horn she smacked the car the truck's trailor hitch managed to hit the bumper, filler piece, and hood


her insurance has already claimed full liability an adjuster will be out monday.

you guys will not blieve what we are in the middle of. we just got back from delivering the 93 integra 675 mi away to my dad, who bought it. the next day we drove another 40 mi from there to pick up the yellow si. then we had to drive it all the way home, knowing nothing about it (LOL)

roll cage
integra seats
b16
ACT stage 2 clutch
header
skunk 2 intake mani
tokico struts all the way around
04 civic wheels, new tires

hold on, not what you think. check out this insane plan. so jer's other brother bought a si from us last summer. he now wants a b16. next weekend gta is coming up to give us a hand so that we can pull the b16 from the yellow hatch and put it into brother's si (minus intake mani). his a6 is going into jer's black si, which the other brother is buying. jer's b16 + LSD tranny are going into the yellow si which we are keeping.

sometime before summer is up we'll yank the b16 from the yellow hatch and put it into my si for jer....then while my y8 is out rebulid it and then drop it into the yellow hatch for me. at that point the roll cage and CF hood will go to the red si and the WW bumper & projectors to the yellow car.

the yellow car used to be yellow under the hood. apparently when the b16 was put in he painted the engine bay electron blue with the future plans of painting the exterior as well. i dunno if i want to paint under the hood yellow or the exterior blue. i'm thinking about being real nutty and leaving the exterior yellow and bring out some of the blue. bah, that is a description for another day.

so why a yellow car? we've been trying to decide on a showy style car to represent our new shop. hands down that yellow car catches the eye quicker than my red. so for the first time in my life....i will be driving and obnoxious colored car. w00t! i don't mind...we have some fun new mods in store

I thought you couldnt drive standard or something ami? Well, not that you couldnt, but you did something to your foot and it hurt to drive standard or some shit like that. maybe im completely making it up. who the hell knows. wow im an idiot sometimes....

you're sorta right. i did bust my foot/toes up. i can drive manual, i perfer manual. shifting isn't as easy anymore. if it apply too much pressure on the clutch i get a messed pain in my foot.

Thats mean that your clutch cablr is to hight

no sir. it doesn't matter which manual car, stock or aftermarket clutch. if i press to quickly with too much pressure i get a sharp pain in my foot. unfortunatly with fingers and toes they can't do much when you break them. the dr tapes them together and sends you home with well wishes. maybe if my name were J Lo or Carmen Electra i would have recieved a diamond studded toe cast

and no, the crossmember was not notched out on the yellow car.
