Starts off slow but gets better - not as good as Alien which is still the Sci-fi benchmark in suspense. Plenty of twists to it.

I realised why I didn't get the PM on the Perf forums... I have a program running that kills popup windows and hadn't made the rule to allow it on PF

I don't like slow starting movies...cause then I get bored...and do something else...like call a friend...or go for a drive

and its hard enough getting me to sit down at home, and watch a rented DVD, or Video.......can't be bothered, prefer the outdoors.

We've got the seven dvd at home, and I've only watched the 1st 2 murders

lol - I tend not to watch movies too much either - over 40 videos on my shelves and I can't remember the last time I watched a lot of them

"and its hard enough getting me to sit down at home" - end of sentence I'd guess You don't strike me as the sit down for 2 seconds type of person at all

Yeah - I get that way now and then - not as frequently as you I suspect

I'm tossing up between Gosford, Stanwell, Katoomba or Wakefield park on Sunday. Tomorrow I will be spending time with friends and getting work out of the way.

Heh - the next two weeks I teach about 2 hours a day as year 12 are doing their half-yearly exams so I can catch up with all my year 8 work and clear my desk - hell, I might even have the opportunity to plan some lessons instead of teaching on the fly.

two weeks until I get 2 weeks hols too

good point - gosford is a pain with all the uniforms around - wakefield park was doing some import racing, but it costs 190 to enter - about 80 bucks over what the HCC charges.

Katoomba is always nice although I always enjoy stopping off here and there.

Tops might be cool - it depends on the weather I guess - especially a lack of fog

yup - damp when I left home last night, dry at the meeting point, raining at the lookout, then it dried out followed by heavy rolling fog. Then again, I'm a Hawkesbury boy - I know all about the fog and the -4 degree temps you get there. It used to spook us out when we'd been out clubbing or partying in the city or parramatta - you'd get back to the Hawkesbury and the fog would sweep in like a scene from a stephen king novel

Not as spooky as the fog at stanwell that day...haven't seen it that thick there before....

I like driving in fog...especially back from the gong

heheh - that was nothing compared to fogs in the Hawkesbury - always there when it's cold and sometimes visibility is the front of your bumper - plus it's deathly silent at night in the fog

Cue Twilight Zone theme
