mang you have a whole lot to learn, read, read lots, 400 Hp is very doable with a nice turbo, totally built block, and some awsome tuning, but I think you are no where near ready for a set up like that. If you want to go turbo check out www.homemadeturbo.com www.turbod16.com and the FI board on www/d-series.org and read

400whp is doable for a street car. i know of a street car running low 10s.
the reason why mustangs can put out 400whp is the fact that their motors already come with 300whp to begin with and american muscles parts are strong. i mean stick a supercharger on a mustang and yoru at 400whp. stick a supercharger on a b16 and your at 200whp. |
