i think omniman did it(200hp B16) with a ~9000rpm redline; rebuilt bottom end(with stock parts), and a tricked out head(includes head work+cams, etc.)and hondata s100.

DH Racing holds a record using all Honda parts with port & polish work getting 189whp with a stock bottom end b16. They put in CTR cams and ported and polished head intake manifold, throttle body and I'm sure exhaust manifold.

go on rocket motorsport's forum. they have a video of the build and dyno. note: it was dynoed at trackmasters(by bubba, the guy that built leslie durst's crx), and they said it was making more than 200hp because the trackmasters dyno reads lower than the other dynos.
