Depends on what ya got under the hood and ya have to know what your doin. If you got enough torque then you can light up the tires at a fairly low RPM, but you gotta have the HP to back up the torque

all of the muscle cars i know about are rear wheel drive, and front wheel drive cars are much easier to peel out in. It also looked like he didn't have the stock motor in the car if you look where he has the hood up. (b16, b18????) So he has more power than he would have otherwise. i can believe that it's possible. it looks real too.

ive done burnout several times myself and my ride moved forward during the burnout even though i had my rear wheel locked up.

the video is nicely done and i like their music. unfortunately the burnout is fake..

take another look buddy, see all the rubber chunks UNDER the car too? how did those get there? lemme guess.... the smoke machine did it?

it all depends on what kinda tires too
u can have brand new tires that are soft and they wont last too long, if u have harder tires they will last longer when burning out
i've actually timed one of my burnouts before and i held it for 3 and 1/2 minutes, wish i had the camera for that one
my guess is he had hard tires tho, they dont tend to wear as fast. also, i've seen a 5 min long video of an rx-7 doing a burnout... yes 5 mins, it was insane, he'd sit and smoke em for awhile then go and whip some donuts, hit the brakes and hold it there again


as for a fwd being easier to burnout in.... not true. rwd is a hell of a lot easier. hold brake, slam gas
