Heres a couple ideas I am tossing around for now:

Getting a bunch of goldfish and putting them in a kiddie pool, with one white goldfish in with them and a note saying "of all the fish in the sea, prom with me?" Problem with that one is, fish arent cheap, and what am I gonna do with them afterwords...

Or

Doing pretty much the same thing, but instead of real fish, using paper cutouts and taping them all over her room, or something.

Thanks for any input!

Hey thats my birthday, I expect a card for the advice.
I like the goldfish idea, cause its unique, but like you said what are you going to do with them afterwards unless you keep them in a fish tank.

Maybe leave little notes all ove the place that she goes too sort of a scavenger hunt that leads her to a special place with flowers and candles (they love that romantic stuff) and with the paper cut outs of the fish in color with one fish in white saying what you said above.

Damn Ray, I really do not think Oz would appreciate you plastering his girlfriend all over AF like that.

That sushi pic is too funny. Poor Nemo, he was a good fish.

Re: Its that time of year again...(HELP!)

Yeah do something creative. My friend ask some girl to homecoming by putting some sappy ass poem on a big poster on her computer, she went with him. I like the fish idea is cool. Do you/her have a backyard with like a walfway or something? If so go hang out at that house with her and when I gets late walk out back with her (have everything well lit, mood lighting tho not beacons) and then she'll read it and maybee she say yeas and give you a hug (maybee a kiss playa) or you'll get slapped/blown off. I'm not in highschool and I've got a model show on the 16th. Have fun!

Redo the words to a song, preferably metal (personal opinion), learn to play guitar, and let it rip. Chicks love dudes that sing and play guitar

An urn of ashes would find it very hard to 'put out'.

Mate, you've only just started running into problems. Do you know how hard it is to staple a note to a white goldfish without losing that romantic touch? Trust me, it's hard. If you managed to get past that one, I reckon I'm onto a winner with what to do with the bastards afterwards. If she's got any class, she'll love your home made sushi tray.

Looking at your appalling lack of ideas, I reckon the creepy stalker getting BIZZAY in her private sanctuary with paper fish and packing tape could be a goer. I tell you what, run with this idea for now and let me know how you go. We might scale back operations to just looking through her garbage once a week for a while. Seriously, the method you're thinking of is dependant on your outlook and mind set. Just remember this - a restraining order is just another way of saying how much she appreciates the attention.

I kinda think the goldfish thing is cheesy. I just imagined you walking with her up to a kiddie pool, she looks at it and you say, "All the fish in the sea, prom with me?".. then shes like..."what?"

I mean; you're really gonna put goldfish in a kiddie pool, for a romantic one liner?? Its a little rough around the edges. Is there an ocean center or something? A big aquarium around? Compare goldfish in a kiddie pool, to being in one of those underwater tunnels, waiting until the perfect moment when noone else is around, and you bust out a card that says.... "Of All The Fish In The Sea.... (then she has to open the card)... Would you go to the prom with me?"

make sure you chew some gum a few minutes before that, because you'll be glad to have fresh breath when she wraps her arms around you and begins to make out with you like theres no tomorrow.

Even if the closest aquarium is like an hour away, take her there. The fish in the sea thing is great, its just the goldfish in the kiddie pool that ruins it.

Rick

Recent research indicates nearly 90% of toddlers piss in the kiddy pool.
