depending on your vehicle, most already come with a type of black box. records all the info of your car, how it was running, how it was driven. this is just a different way of collecting the same data, and being able to use it.

Information, information, information. It's all good IF it's used in the proper way. And who is to be the watchdog on devices like this? How much, legally, does it invade privacy? I guess we'll find out when there's a landmark law suit to set precident as to what is legal and what isn't.

I would love to get that thing under a microscope. screw with it a bit... give it some electroshock. Insurance company satellites are firing up, sending signals to the main fortified insurance buildings, my rates are going up $3 a day....
