Re: Running of the Ladybug.

Surprisingly, for front seat passengers, it's really a very roomy car. There's more legroom in this 360 than there is my GL, and there's about as much headroom. The big shortcoming is elbow and hip room, the interior is less than four feet wide, so with two people up front, it can be difficult to change gears - but roll down the windows, and you've just expanded your elbow room considerably!
It's also one of the few rear engined cars that wants to understeer, you outweigh the engine in the rear - even so if you force it you can do some pretty hair raising doughnuts (the 360 corners like my Le Car did - on it's door handles).

They built them from 1958 to 1969, but they were only sold in the U.S. for 1968, '69, and '70.
Variants (a 36hp sport version, and a station wagon) were produced until 1971.

Whoa!

got a 1/4 mile slip for it yet?

planning on lowering the springs?

or maybe some NOS?

J/K buddy...nice car.

Tinkered with the brakes today, and took it out on the road... Some mighty surprised people out there (never mind the muffler is missing, and it sounds like an F-1 racing car is zinging along, then a tiny yellow car comes smoking into view at 35mph! - reason enough to be confused )
Surprisingly it has alot of get up and go, but it's probably mostly the noise and vibration creating that illusion.
