The 5000K is the brightest lumens, as you get farther up, 7000K, you are getting less lumens. If you use the lens made for the Halogen you will give more glare and not effectively use the availible light. I assume you found this in your research.

I sell those Xenon style halogen bulbs. I can do $25 SHIPPED!
I gaurentee they will last at least a year if installed properly. Most the cheap imitation bulbs last a few months if you are lucky! my e-mail is [email protected]
