Re: Top Secret Skyline

Good progress. The gauge of the F-Con wire is a little big but beyond that it's sweet.

Well after a while I have not posted any progress but I'm back to doing so.

Ganador mirrors

Top Secret Front diffuser

Top Secret Rear diffuser

Top Secret Hood

Top Secret GT2 Rear wing

!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!

I guessing the probelm is that I applied Future before painting it.
Can I strip clear parts with any brand of brake fluid?
Should I polish the hood with Scratch X?

Re: Top Secret Skyline

I think the hood needs a good sanding out before you go to the polishing.

Re: Top Secret Skyline

I haven't had any problems stripping clear parts in break fluid. My GT-R's windows were in the BF for a couple weeks and came out crystal clear.

Re: Top Secret Skyline

never use thinner on clear parts, i don't know about brake fluid, nice progress, you can touch up tyhe outline of the windows with a sharpie or gundam marker to get a decent result.

I have designed some window painting masks for this car here :
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=123478
Use them when you have stripped the paint off.

Re: Top Secret Skyline

So now that I left the clear parts in the brake fluid it stripped off all the paint.

So now do I have to clean it with any thing or can I just clean it with water.

After I paint it with TS-14 can I dump it in future to keep it clear?

For some reason after I dumped it in Brake fluid it stripped the paint after a day but made the clear part all foggy. Any one know how to get rid of it?

I scratched it and the foggyness comes off.
