I dont see anything wrong with him...and besides, most post whores talk about useless jabber....like what you just said...absolutely nothing other than to say someone else was whoring...he actually has something useful to say...and my 2 cents is that i dont think its actually possible for a BOV to work on non FI. Only because once the throttle is closed, no air is STILL being worked into the engine...or trying to be. The only way it might work even the slightest would be if they put one of those "leaf blowers" in there and only used it to make the sound. Even then i doubt enough pressure would be built to create any noise. One of my buddies drove a 1G 1.8 non turbo, and it sounded like it was turbo because his motor was blown and there was alot of seapage from his engine. It sounded kinda cool...but his car sucked ass hardcore...lol

Re: BOV w/o a super??

any way to get a bov without a supercharger???
Excuse me but what???
When we talk gst or gsx we're talking turbos and eclipsed4utoo is right, any good gst or gsx driver will take any 3g any day.

If you really only want that 'Blow off valve effect' that they have just about every 5 minutes throughout 2fast 2furious look to an ebay search for fake blow off valves but I would advise against it.... I would suggest you do some serious research into FI before venturing any further.

Re: BOV w/o a super??

actually, it could have been the stock BOV on the 2g, my friend's BOV was pretty loud and it turned heads like the whistle of my intake does, and it also could have been an automatic that you beat, those have little to no power at all
