Re: gonna get killed for asking this........

Craigslist ROCKS. I was looking to get a 2G red with black top stick GS-T spyder. Mine was the same thing, just a GS though. I came accoss red autos, some were stick but with a tan top, some were GREEN (yuk) etc etc. Anyway, I surfed craigslist and saw this guy selling an unmodded 97 with the same miles as me. I traded in my 98 4G64, kept the rims, gave him $500. Craigslist is pretty cool, I'd definitly browse those posting once in a while.

Lol, never thought I would hear Kevin chime in on a non-peformance, non-problem diagnosis thread--especially one about looks! I agree that the balance does look pretty damn good on this car. The guy did a great job with cosmetics, and his fmic only cost $300 or so all told

But you did see this, right Kevin?

The 4G64 is the engine in the non-turbo spyder.

Quick photoshop of what my car would look like with a drop and 2gb front bumper Don't mind that I had to PS the centercaps on my wheels--the only side-pic I have of my car with these wheels was before I found lug nuts that would fit under the center caps

Re: gonna get killed for asking this........

I know this is off topic but can someone please give me some tips on buying from dsmtrader? I was going to use Paypal but I have read some VERY bad things about them. So I was just going to use my credit card to pay him but then I have no idea how I would do that.

Re: gonna get killed for asking this........

I missed that Joe. I like your version with the rear wheel steering better anyway

hey dude forget what everybody else said. if you dont know me, i like to get down to the nitty gritty or leave it alone. so here's the breakdown, performance:no real difference. Design: now this this what matters, DO YOU IMAGINE A BETTER LOOKING ECIPSE OR TALON. WHICH WILL GET YOU MORE COOL POINTS? BUT KEEP IN MIND CHICS NEVER HEARD OF A TALON. based on ear it sounds like a old 80's reject. chics will dig the eclipse Price: the talon is cheaper, but remember price is no substitue for happiness. That was the breakdown from the one and only musicman181. hola at ya boy and tell me what you decide. piece up AIG TOWN down

Step one: Place head in water bucket
Step two: Inhale

Don't speak.

I got my GReddy 24r from dsmtuners. Good communication is the key. I was emailing and calling the guy back and forth for about 3 weeks before I figured out I could trust him. PayPal'd him $550, and I got my intercooler soon after... if the guy sounds shiesty over the phone, or lags on returning emails, you may want to think it over.
