Re: C-West/Greddy G35 Copue

umm ya, the 65 series AMG. i dont think they make it in a 1/24th model. i was looking around my parts bin and cut the hood out of a revell porsche gt1 and grafted that on too. it looks very similar to this, exexpt mine wont be CF.

If i recon, thats Bondo Spotty Glazing putty? Its not recomended for Mass areas such as yours. Tends to crack, fall apart, crumble if used to much in one area.

Its looking good though, keep it up.

Re: C-West/Greddy G35 Copue

idk, im using a all purpose putty that i got from home depot, lol. im only using the bonda cream hardener. iv used it a couple times in VERY large areas like widebody fenders for a drag civic and have never experianced cracking or crubleing.

Re: Re: C-West/Greddy G35 Copue

You might have some fixing to do, the bumper looks a little too far to the right? Other than that i like it, ya i gotta agree, get better putty, the tamiya quick type expory putty is the best.

and...

Re: C-West/Greddy G35 Copue

aN4rK1 you right, i was looking at it this morning before i checked the thread and noticed it. its really not as bad as the pics shows. my biggest fit problem now is where the right front fender meets the front bumper. they really dont line up. with the head light in theres a gap.

i have got a lot of progress done and ill take pics when i get home from school.
