The compartment containing my 600hp engine will be clean, not shiny. Nothing more is needed.

buh-ling... like this car i saw on auto auctions today on speed channel.... entire engine was complete chrome... come to think of it, the only thing that wasn't sparkling was the belts... i'm sure they would have used chrome chains if it didn't have to run....

1988 300zx turbo 5spd. 3" mandrel exhaust, filter, afco rad, e-fan, poly engine mounts, mbc at 8.5 psi, turboxs rfl-h bov, gutted plenum, etc.

blown turbo, under construction.. gt35 coming.

there is a point where you can go overboard, and that guy has. i'm with broke, everything will be clean, not neccesarily shiney.

i want mine somewhere in between wags's Z and what i have now....

im not gonna spend gobs of money making my engine show chromed out but i will spend a little bit to make it different and really clean.

it was actually cheaper than the stillen polished piece. i think it was like $600 even....i might be mistaken though. i also think it had been honed.

they were selling a bunch of things that were chrome...the upper air balance bar, fuel hard-lines, timing belt cover, power steering reseroir. light Al said, anything that didnt move they sold it chromed...pretty crazy. they also, said anything you send, they can chrome it for you. ill look for the ad later...
