According to your sig, you have 252rwhp/256rw ft-lbs...

assuming 15% loss with the stick shift, you prolly have bout 297hp, and a tad more torque...

hp/lb... = 297/2355 = 0.12611 hp/lb...

That is assuming your turbo didn't add any weight to the stock rated curb weight of the car...

now Z06, rated to 405hp, prolly a tad more in actuality, but we will calculate with 405hp...

hp/lb... = 405/3116 (from autotrader) = 0.12997 hp/lb...

First of all, I'm not a newbie to AF... I've been registered since Dec. 03'... Count it, that's 6 MONTHS LONGER THAN YOU, fukin newb...

I have seen many of rednecks posts, and you are correct, I've never seen him BS before, but I just happen to think that this was exaggerated a little... My old name is hot_red_z28 if you'd like to check that out... I've only reregistered because I've switched cars... My 450hp nitrous powered Z28 wasn't quite enough for me... Of course you wouldn't know anything about that with your little 16+second 3kGT...

I also don't care if someone doesn't like me on here... I post what I believe to be the facts... If I accidently rub someone the wrong way because I try to get to the truth, then I'm sorry, but so be it... This is an internet message board in case you didn't notice, there is more to life...

I'm not sure if i'm impotent or not, we'll have to ask your mother that question...

Also, I didn't determine the race outcome with pencil and paper, some us can do that simple math in your heads... once you get your GED you prolly will be able to too...

You're right too, I am very jealous... My current project motor is a fully forged 383 LT1 stroker engine dynoed to 480hp... also built for a 250rwhp (that's right, RWHP) shot of nitrous... So I'm insanely jealous of him and YOU with your pimp ass mitsu... Rippin up the streets, ownin them OHC neons... go you...

again you flex your internet muscles saying you "will hand my ass over to me..." please... I could play the game too and say "oh well why don't you try it bitch, i'll show you", but what does that accomplish, this is a message board, nothing else...

P.S. Since some people took offense to this (like the all mighty protector above), I guess I should let redneck know that there was no disrespect intended by my post, I was simply displaying the things I doubted... If he has in fact done weight reductions like you say and is running with a weight of 2000lbs, then yes, that would definately make a difference it is possible that he pulled on one some... I was just going by the information I had from his sig and other tech info sites...

Its cool though, I had to work with mentaly challenged children before. as a matter of fact I worked for about 4 months at a local hospital (Miami Childrens Hospital in Coral Gables Miami). I had to do it as part of a study to get my degree in Analytical Phycology, you know after I got my GED!

There is a big difference in thinking someone exaggerated a little, and flat out calling BS. Everyone exaggerates a little, these boards are like fishing stories. but why do some people on this board seem to believe redneck is a god? Damn his car is quick and georgeous, but some people seem to take it all a bit too serious. Musashi, seriously, your first post made me laugh, you made it sound as if you would worship redneck if you could. I enjoy reading Red's stories as well, and I really like his car, but you will NEVER see me worshipping someone on an internet message board. Plus, I really think red could have defended himself on this one. Hell, I believe Red, I don't think the z06 driver was the best (girl driver), but I don't think Red would lie. Either way, relax, it's the internet, and speed posted his opinion, guess what, that's what you do on the internet.
