OK hope this helps and it clearly says it can be used to program 94 and 95 LT1's. Also both pcmforless and adz28 use tuner cat to burn the eprom. So its meant for exactly what your doing. an electric supercharger could work if you design it right and gear it correctly. im not saying they all work or that yours work, but the theory is fairly sound. also to clarify, im talkin about an actual electric supercharger not those fan things you put in your intake track...
