Thats Nomu-san, from tuning shop Uras(Saru is monkey in japanese and everyone thinks of Nomu-kun as a monkey..he does look like one) Anyway its a shop sticker not a crashed out drift car sticker... BTW heres the URL http://www.uras.co.jp
