That would be nice, but you don't have to wait. Acu Stion has already made a PE grade up set for the Gallardo.

Re: Fujimi lamborghini Gallardo

Paying 600Y for useless PE part, I prefer waiting for REAL PE part at 1200Y

Re: Fujimi lamborghini Gallardo

Exactly, it is only 600yen extra and if the Murcielago kit is anything to go by the quality of the Fujimi PE is far superior to the overpriced Acustion. If Studio 27 do a PE set however, that is another kettle of fish.

Re: Fujimi lamborghini Gallardo

Yeah I agree, but isn't Acu-Stion fret sheet more complete? Don't get me wrong I am a HUGE fan of S27 and SMS pe.... but sometime Acu Stion makes parts and Pe stuff that either of those don't, even for the same model.

Re: Fujimi lamborghini Gallardo

Yeah the Acustion set has more on it that the small Fujimi fret. But the quality of the etching, accuracy, fit and all that is much nicer on the Fujimi PE. I'm taking about my experience with the Murcielago here. Fujimi's shift gate and pedals for instance are light years ahead of Acustion's attempt. The preferred course of action is to get them all and use the best parts off each.

Re: Fujimi lamborghini Gallardo

Haven't seen that "Engine Food Transparent Parts" before... Must be "engine hood" thy mean or? Could that actualy mean the Gallardo kit has such a decent engine compartment that it needs a version with clear parts to show it off ?
Hope so cause I have preordered the Gallardo and I'm very exited to see what it will be like. The fujimi murcielago didn't seem to have too nice engine or chassis though so I'm not to optimistic...

Re: Re: Fujimi lamborghini Gallardo

The 1:1 Gallardo has a glass engine cover option. This must be Fujimi's scale version of it.

http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/plamo/inde...854&Typ1_c=102

Found out something.
Take a good look at pic 7 of the assembly guide.(parts not to use)
Could that be the clear hood type there making?
They cant be that stupid!
In that case we could choose wich one to build if you yust order the standard type.

Oh yes they can be, it's Fujimi!

I'm glad to have the option on the standard kit.

I have high hopes, the parts and assembly look fairly comprehensive for a curbside and they did some interesting things w/parts and assembly beyond the norm. Look at how the engine lid is "attached", the glass mounts from outside (windshield and side glass), the interior components are broken down, looks like a clear cover for the instruments. Can't wait to get it!

I Just hope the "wheel problem" we all know from the murcie is solved on this kit. Would be a shame not to learn from the mistakes Fujimi has made in their past!!! So at least the size should be alright...
