OK my top, i tried to put it down today and the machine works to take it down but it stays like this. It wont go down anymore. Am i missing something?

My lil bro threw soooo much money(he was 2) in the back covertable area, the buttion doesnt even work. I have to do it manual(meaning to get it fixed sooned). Most likely something is stuck back their. Watch to see all the parts to see whats not folding together good.
