thanks again I did the bleeder screw and it seems like the air is out heat is working great...
the abs light has been on for a long time and all the brakes have been changed so I am not too worried about it maybe a dirty sensor?

Wait for the system to build up pressure, with the rad cap on, then loosen the bleeder screw but do not remove it, wait until only a steady stream of coolant comes out, close the bleeder and repeat until all air has been purged.
Keep an eye on the temp. gauge for the first couple of days.
Abs light ? might want to check the condition of your brake pads or shoes.
