thats one ugly fuckin car.. 19" wheels on a 240?? just as bad as the ugmo fenders to me.. they make it sit way too high.. it almost cancels out any lowering of the suspension.. the whole body kit is ugly.. but thats what i think and to that guy, what i think doesn't matter.. and the exhaust looks low probably cause of how the piping was done.. i'll bet it was only a muffler when the pics were taken cause the actual n1 dual piping makes the muffler come straight out the back, up tight on the stock bumper (keyword=stock.. he's got an aftermarker bumper that probably sat on the mufflers so they lowered it with extensions).. in terms of performance, i think he had some parts on there that weren't necessary.. like the gauges and shit.. you don't need those unless you've got some decent power going to the wheels.. it was probably a quick car but nothing special..
