Always remember this and do what's been said up here and in 4 months, you'll notice results, but I can't stress dedication enough, I've seen too many people with plans to bulk up or lose weight in x months and end up giving up after they find out it's hard. Guess what, it will be hard, it isn't suppose to be easy, it's what makes the results worth it.
