i saw the pic of the new si in my mag a month ago, nothing to nice to look at. the Honda pickup however, didnt look all that bad from the rear, the only pic i had of it.

the newer civics come with 2 liter engines nowadays...

But i highly doubt thats a civic. Some of these "secret" photos of stuff turn out to be either something else or it never goes into production. But if honda ever makes a civic like that, then the Civic line of cars will die within a few years...lol.

However I do hope they make a cheaper car, cuz even new civics can go up to 20 grand! I think they are prepping for a new line of cars pretty soon to fight with scion. Toyota has the right idea with their tC

In that second article, about the cheaper cost model(s), I bet they're going to bring the Fit/Jazz to North America. I think it'd compete with the Scion car and Chevy Aveo, being of similar size/

Actually, I've read numerous articles on the internet confirming that honda will indeed release a 13,000$ car under the civic line to compete with the (as they like to put it) "the teen generation." I sincerely think that the crx is very much coming back but may again go another name change like the del sol incident. The release date for the this car though will be around the end of 2006, after the new civics are put out. But there is loose talk about the fit/jazz coming here too so it could be a toss-up to whether the fit or crx is coming back. We won't know till the end of 2005.

My dad has an 04 civic coupe with a 1.7L SOHC its blue, I dont think it looks too bad and It drives really nice I like it. Its not fast at all but then again it wasent meant to be.

I like it cause it just looks so sporty and it has sharp corners, not something you see on the 05 civic's.
