my 89 axels worked with that 88 tranny my dad took it out and said the tranny feels good tho, no clutch slippage or anything.

i thought the si and dx trannys were the same except for 5th gear?

nope. only diffence in gearing is the Final drive. all other ratios are the same.

damn, I cant get nothing right in this thread, tought the trannys were differnt, thought the gearing was differnt...
