Re: 99 z28 vs. dodge stealth rt tt

If the stealth is stock, it will run 13.4 at best, it puts down approx 240AWHP. The thing is for under a $100 he could be running mid-high 12s if he's turned up the boost.

The comment about him supercharging...are you sure it is an RT/TT, and not simply an RT...222hp 3.0L 4valve DOHC 6 cylinder?

I've never heard of anyone supercharging a RT/TT, and supercharging regular RT's bases and their GT brothers seems to be relatively common.
and T/A's are faster than their camaro brothers, pretty much every test I've seen has said the same thing, and for only one reason. The T/A is easier to launch.
I've never driven either so I'll trust the reviewers oppinions.

haha, he called a dodge stealth a rice burner. Do you even know the definition? What makes him a rice burner?

Re: 99 z28 vs. dodge stealth rt tt

I guess he thinks anything that doesn't have 8 cyl and guzzles down gas is a rice burner. Maybe he's jealous of the T/C 4 cyls that are just as fast as him, yet get better gas mileage.

Oh no, another kiddo.

I think obviously your little butt buddy doesn't know what he's talking about. First he says he has an RT/TT, then he says he doesn't know what he has. To top if all of, he says "TA actually weighs more than a camaro becaeuse it has more body effects" when in reality the Camaro weighs more. It seems to me your little friend is the one making up bull****.

And in case you haven't noticed, a dodge is NOT an "IMPORT" It's as american as a Camaro, so I have no reason at all protecting either car or getting offended. It just seems like that this "tough guy with american muscle" likes to throw around the "ricer" word when he doesn't even know anything about cars. And he's referring to a Dodge as a ricer, why would any of us be offended in first place. I bet he doesn't have any mods on his "american muscle" and claims to have 340 rwhp. I mean, having all that "muscle" makes him feel like such a man compared to the dodge, which isn't american at all.

He probably looked down his pants and it reminded him of "little" He's an "american muscle" guy too. Only real men drive american musclecars. Whoever drives an import is little.

Re: 99 z28 vs. dodge stealth rt tt

Well, if it's AWD, it's an RT, with a TT V6.
Why would I know this? Racing buddy of mine has one. (It's pretty........)

Something you can't say about the Z28. It's hard to tell it apart from the chrysler concorde from the front.

Also, someone should tell this kid that a stock Z28 really isn't one of the fastest things on the planet. Talking about "melting tires in third gear" A chirp isn't "melting tires"

Also, a true car fan, domestics or imports, knows what a dodge stealth is. What a lamo.

Re: 99 z28 vs. dodge stealth rt tt

i think you should be careful with that Stealth. TT and AWD is nothing to play around with, plus the stealth is a little lighter than a VR4.
