Yes I am positive I got under the hood and looked and watched the fan, everytime I rev the engine the fan spins faster and faster!
I does feel like it is at a loss of power!

Yes, the fan clutch it bad and you are ruining your fuel economy by running it like that.

It takes a lot of power to turn a fan at that speed.
