dude, someone's already tried the "i don't know but my dad knows more about cars then you do!" bit, and it still smells like BS.

(i do believe this has been said a FEW times around here, but)... basically, you can swap any engine into any car, given enough effort and money. There are VW rabbits rollin with lincoln towncar v8s, and at least a couple of focus's with cobra engines in them... a skyline engine into a 300zx is probably possible, but you would probably need to fabricate motor mounts, widen the transmission/drivetrain tunnel (not sure...) and do a bunch of other things. why bother? the stock turbo'd v6s that came in a lot of the 300zx's were great engines that could be modded easily.

a sb chevy engine swap is pretty popular into older 240sx's, and i'm sure it could be done to a 300 also.

tell me again why you are asking this in the HONDA CIVIC forum again?
