how do you like your short shifter? i've read that the dc shor shifter sometimes heats the heat shield on the exhaust, is this true? maybe since you have an aftermarket exhaust this isn't a problem.

also, how do you like your tokico shocks? what made you pick tokico rather than koni or kyb?

hi guys, sorry for not replying sooner, i am away for reading week, but i managed to get on a computer for a few mins....couldn't get away from PH.... anyway... the shortshifter is sweet, but you're right it does get hot sometimes....also, it tends to grind 2nd gear sometimes too... but i like the short quick shifts so it's a trade off...but one that i don't regret making.

i got the Type R lip from Comptech... well worth the price...

i am dropped on sportlines with an additional 1/2" cut in the front... i love the look, this spring i am going to finish the kit with the sideskirts and rear valence from the JDM conversion kit.

I picked the tokico shocks cuz they are reputable and much cheaper then Koni Yellows.... i'm happy with them. hope i answered everyone's questions.... thanx for all the responses and keep em coming....

the tuning season is on the horizon!!!

i have the skunk2 dual bend on my civic. its the same part for the teg, but mine rubs the exhaust sometimes. its not really noticeable though. and you just have to get used to the new shift feel. I drove my friends stock si, and it was amzingly different. i didnt remember how different it was

I remember your ride from PH. I have those same rims. I hate em. They do look better on your black teg without the center covers on but I tried that on mine and they just look cheesier. Id go for some wheels next.
