Re: 15 yr old in bimmer vs LT1 officer

You know, I really want them to stop making these movies about the perfect crime and actually have someone DO IT. Perferably with a macf1 running from the cops in a foreign country (germany!) after a bank robbery

Kid drives pretty damn good... too much Grand Turismo if you ask me...

I think the fact that he was in a BMW M3 is what kept him running. Those highway Camaros are fast cars, but the handling capabilities of the M3 are by far superior.

I'm surprised the Camaro didn't roll when it hit the ditch!

They just slowed the footage down so that it looked like the m3 broke down. Besides, those cars DON'T just break down like that. Not sure that he actually got away, but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if what they said at the end was a total lie.

I love how the cops try to turn this into brainwashing propaganda that says "we will always win and you will always lose" but anybody with half a brain that looks at the clip objectively can see that those cops got OWNED.

yep, because they almost always show the people getting cuffed at the end. Didnt see it in this video.

Re: 15 yr old in bimmer vs LT1 officer

heck...now that you mention it, i doubt the driver was even 15. wouldn't surprise me if the dude was a professional driver or something and they were just trying to scare teens into not running from the cops.

that is pretty funny how that kid totally owned the cops tho

the local state polica dept here has one of those camaros, my brothers friend back a few years ago when he had a FD RX7, had an M3 rev at him, he didnt race the M3, but about 1/4 mile down the road the M3 was flying (probably acting like he was racing, it was one of those preppy ass rich kids that get every thing they want) and one of those camaros turned at a U turn and went after the M3, the guy driving the Rx7 said another 3 or 4 miles down the road he saw the cop coming back the other way, with his lights still on, obviously lost his bearings on the M3

Re: 15 yr old in bimmer vs LT1 officer

man, I tell you I could pull some crazy stunts with the cops around here if I felt like being a complete dolt (luckily I don't )... example, If I saw a cop comin' the other at the other end of this long straightaway, I'd pull an ebrake turn and rip a massive burnout, drifting into a sidestreet to get his attention. Then with my quarter of a mile lead pull some quick turns in some confusing neighborhoods, conveniently ending up in the next town over before I hid in a driveway

Not sayin' that I would EVER do that, just saying that it would be easy as hell to pull off with the cops around here.

hey, watch it! I'm gettin' my new bimmer before january! Possibilities include 740i, 750il, e34 m5, 325ix, and e30/e36 325is. No, the car I'm driving now isn't excessively fast, it still wouldn't be hard.
