actually, they are one of the easiest vehicles to work on that ive found.. But you've got an electrical short somewhere.. which can really try somebody's patience.. no matter what type of vehicle you are working with.. electrical problems can either be easy or very very hard to pinpoint.. especially in the newer vehicles where everything is computer controlled..

yeah i didnt mean to make camaros out to sound bad at all, for most things the cars are all but unstoppable, and when something does stop them, all it normally takes is a few hits with a hammer, replace a part here or there, and they keep going. Electrical problems are a universal pain in the ass, no matter what car it is, if you have a tiny little rubthrough somewhere in a bundle of wires, you might never find it. all it takes is a break in the insulation less than a millimeter in size, and you can loose all kinds of functions, now take into concideration that there are literally miles of wireing inside the modern day car, and you can understand why finding that little rubthought can be such a pain in the ass. especially if its somewhere hard to get to, like under the dash or between the engine and the firewall. but yes compaired to the modern cars i am used to working on, the camaros are a dream.
