Yes I have got it!!!!!!!Bad timing = fouled plugs.The repair shop messed up the timing when they installed the new timing belt,therefor the fuel/air mixture was off.this caused the plugs to foul!!
 After I corrected the timing,and the plugs the car runs great =) =) Thanks for everyones help and suggestions I couldn't have done it with out you =)    :P :laugh:
