After asking where to get that cup holder I found a previous post that answered me. Geno's Garage has them for $35.

It's the same one from Geno's Garage and it is made out of a high quality plastic. The holes are nice and deep and will hold the biggest big gulp. To install you will need a pair of vise grips to grab a hold of the locking pin and unscrew it until the top will latch. Then either screw the holder down in the inner compartment or use velco or double sided tape.

This holder should had come with the truck. I have had so many drinks fall out of the skock one I just pretended I didn't have one.
