well considering there are only 10 F1s in the US and 107 in total the chances are much higher to see a skyline.

in my personal opinion, the mclaren is a pretty ugly car. the rear is too damn short, and hte mag wheels are nasty looking. its probrably one of hte ugliest super cars. i perferr the look of a F40 or the F50 over that car anyday. or even the F355 or like i said, or any other super car over it. the only super car that i think looks nastier then the mc laren would have to be the jaguar XJ220 and hte bugatti eb110 or whatever its called. now those are really ugly super cars. also i think i would have less chnace to see a skyline then any of those cars. considering htat i've already saw a ENZO, a the maseratti enzo clone, the Ford GT, tons of viper's and even the new viper R/T 10, and tons of F360 modenas, porsche turbos, porsche GT2, my friends dad's porsche GT3, i've practically seen almost every modern super car ever made. but i've never even saw a Skyline GTR.

They have perforance and (from what I hear) practicly indestructable engine. Looks are not necessary. Judging by the post above yours, i doubt anyone with a sig like that would disagree with me. A skyline is much more a rare find than most exotics. Why? because they are a.) not marketed here b.) Need to go through a long legalization process (most with big money dont want a hassle) c.)Not made anymore. (Well G35 style, but im refering to the classic GTRs)

the ugly part i can understand but i also think a 96 up 3000GT is also very ugly in my eyes cusae it looks too cliche and nothing and i mean nothing about it makes it stand out from other cliche design sports cars. also i find the front to look very fish like with the gills. but thats my opinion. anyways back to the topic, the skyline is a great car, but its ricers that overrate it. i know it will take alot of money for the GT-R to match the performance of a stock mc laren. however stock for stock it will blow your precious VR-4 away at the race track. and will edge it in the 1/4 mile as well. top nissan < both top mitsubishi

There are only 10 F1s in the entire US. on the other hand, while rare there are quite a few more GTRs than 10 so how is the GTR more sparce?

youre kidding, right? omg where i live there are GTR's all over, like i live in the outer suburbs and the other day a blue r34 gtr with what sounded like having your basic mods, (exhaust, i/cooler, he probably had some other stuff like chip and cams) full c-west kit (i know it sounds GAY but in real life looks hot as hell) with CF bonnet and wing, and the non CF all in bayside blue with a beautiful set of polished racing rims... that was HOT.... guy down the street owns a r34 GT-T thats been modified a fair bit, id say he might be makin about 460hp... geez u guys are deprived huh, but then again we dont have nowhere near as many euro supercars down here
