You are out with your band? What's their name? Where do you play?
I'm in talks with A&R development at Warner Brothers and Geffen Records right now, no "real" deal signed yet, but we're in talks with them....I know pretty much every GOOD local band in the United States because I'm heavy in the underground and mainstream music scenes.

so tell me, now that we've stopped talking about cars and started talking about music...which I frankly know more about than you do, and that's not debateable....you show me 1 peice of concrete music, and maybe I'll admit I was wrong and your a great guy.

btw, funny you bring up try to convince myself I'm better than everyone, that sounds like a plea for help.....sounds like your inner most thoughts are being blamed on me for lack of you being able to stand up like a man and take responsibility for your own actions.

Think about it, I use this forum every once in awhile....and I ask questions when I want answers....you sit here every other day and hassle people for asking those questions.

I'm hopefully getting a record deal on a major label...your playing local shows.

talk to me about who's better? eh?

not that i want to be involved in this but i just wanted to say that more than half of this post sounds like its right out of one of his psychology books.

I'm not pissed at all I could care less what some jackass think over the internet, you don't know my personallity at all. What the hell does your opinion matter to ma or anyone else on this forum? Nothing, and that's because you've shown time and time again that you can't have an intelligent conversation without personally attacking someone.

Where the hell did discussion come about music? I simply made a comment about what I do with my personal time and you blow it up into some huge debate? Sounds like a psychology student to me. Yeah you know every good local band in the US? Bullshit, you live in kentucky, I'm glad you know all the local Country and Bluegrass music bands; good for you. And you actually think you'll make it in the music industry? Not with all the whining and crying you do. If you can't take it here then you're going to end up pulling a Kurt Cobain; if you ever really do sing a deal. And if you were a real musician you wouldn't be shooting for becoming a mainstream sound. And you'd know that every band that's out there on the radio are all clones of past bands; only they sound like shit. Yeah go play your pop-punk, nu metal, pop-rock garbage. At least then we won't have to deal with another jackass loser crybaby on these forums, when you get "signed". If I wanted to give out the name of my band I would have already. Sorry this isn't the "here I really want all of you to get to know the real me" forums. It's none of anyone's business and especially not yours. Like I'm really going to give you a link to my site with my personal information and full name on it; sorry not interested in you stalking me. I don't give a shit to try and "prove" that you're wrong about me or that I'm a "great guy" or not. As long as I know the truth, anyone elses opinions doesn't mean shit to me.
Yeah and look at the quote from you above... hmmm a whole thread gloating about how you are going to get a record deal, how you know every band in the US, and clearly commenting that you think you're better than me? Yeah and I'm the one covering up for my faults...riight. What actions am I not taking responsibility for? For calling you a fucking idiot because you have to come on a forum and cry that we're not sheep like you who need to buy all the lame ass "popular" shit for our cars; is that what you're talking about? And where did I ever back down on anything? I'm sorry that arguing an intelligent conversation has nothing to do with backing up information of your argument, and that you need to personally attack someone to make your argument seem better in your eyes. Oh and let's look at your username...apexigod. Hmmm do you have a God complex? Sure seems like it to me with all your comments having to compare me and you. "Oh you're in a band huh, well I'm about to get signed to a record company." "You know more about cars than me? Maybe.....that's debateable" "which I frankly know more about than you do, and that's not debateable". Wow sure sounds like someone has an ego to me. It's funny how I was by far more right about you than you were about me, and I don't even need to take a class to learn about people...

Re: what's the problem with euro/altezza?

Don't agree with the chumps that say they ALL look bad. My g-friend got em on her civic -- carbon fiber -- and they look nice. There are some out there that look bad -- but I tend to prefer them to stock (most years).

Re: what's the problem with euro/altezza?

Lmao, some asshole always has to ƒu*k up a thread. He asked a simple question, and the asshole gives a smart ass remark. Instead of simply stating why he didn't like them and move on. Quite frankly, that's why this bored sucks, because "People with high post count" stick together.

To the moderator i actually thought you were a cool guy, until i read your idiotic post, who gives a damn if he whines all day? Just go about your business and ignore his post.

My opinion on the matter is, Altezza's are decent. Yes, at one point in time i wanted them. But the red and white's will do fine for me.

On another note his age has nothing to do with how much knowledge he has. One more thing if anything you guys are "whining" just as much if not more then he is, over his simple question. Yet you guys have lifes.. right..

I agree w/ this and the fact that he was kind of jumped on just a little bit. What keeps this shit going are the constant negative come-backs from both sides when it should have been stopped early. But to start a thread that seems like its bashing all that hate euro lights is gonna get bashed from all who do- plain and simple.

I don't like them cuz they are played out, look cheap, and on like every car in the fucking world. Like most I wanted them when they first came out but after the whole craze they just seem pathetic. What really gets me is how cheaply they are produced- like its some sweat-shop in downtown l.a. just churning these things out. Thats the basic answer to your post. I actually kept my stock lights just to be different- and they look better IMO. Now they are all red except for the reverse light portion. What are really nice are all red L.E.D. lights. Like the G35 SWWEEETTTT!!!

Re: what's the problem with euro/altezza?

XixGenuinexiX - In case you didn't read my first post, I did infact give several reasons (valid reasons I might add) as to why others (including me) don't like them. And if you read the way he wrote his comments in his first post you'd understand why he was called a whiner; it's all in the way you write things. And as far as me whining, I'm merely responding to his ignorant comments. And "People with high post count stick together," that's the first I'm hearing of this. Maybe if you paid a little more attention you'd realize that there are a lot of things people agree or disagree on regardless of their post count. "Just go about your business and ignore his post," the same can be said for you and everyone else on these boards. If you don't like what someone has to say then ignore it; what's good for the goose is good for the gander. It's not the people who make smartass coments that are the problem, it's people like him and you that can't just take comments with a grain of salt and move on. You come on here with an attitude and you should expect attitude right back. And if you think this board is bad, try going to any other board like H-T and see what happens there. You don't get a few people ripping on you, you get everyone doing it; with no bias to post counts.

Re: what's the problem with euro/altezza?

Well one thing if you will notice people with higher post counts might have already went through that stage already and learned from each other. The more you are on boards the more you learn about cars and what's cool to you.

My problem with him is that asks a question like "I love Osama Bin Laden, don't you?" And he expected us to all agree with him. See my point?

Anyway as someone said this post is dead and should be buried.

A quick search on Google and I came up with.

Submitted Journal Entry by APEXIGOD
"So, I have my incredible wife....and she's the essence of greatness.

She has this friend, named Bryan and he used to work for pixar studio's
and he recorded Eminem's last record, and did the 50 cent In Da Club album.

He knows the president to Warner Brothers Records, and I think Geffen and Arista as well.
When we turn a demo over to bryan....and he likes it, he's going to loan us 10 grand to finish our HUGE project we're doing.

This music project my wife and I are working on will blow the lid off music today. Its coming together so nicely, I'm looking at million dollar homes and actually talking to the people that represent those homes.

But, Bryan said that if the 10 grand he lends us, finishes THAT great of a record, and he likes it...he will turn it over to every record label he has contact with. That means a record deal, if its taken well...and we already know its that awesome.

Anyone out there, pray for us...please.
this will be our first step to revolutionizing music
as we know it today. "

Nuff Said!

Oh Yeah to keep on topic. Had them, Hated Them, Love the new Red & Clears.

That Ive heard these same psychoanalytic points that he is making on television shows. You know, someone says something in a movie, another person takes what was said from that movie and then preaches it as if it is his/her own original thoughts. Hopefully thats a little less confusing.

CivicSpoon

lol, FYI....I'm from Los Angeles, CA bud....I've lived in KY for the last 11 months....sure, I have a god complex...if you had half the shit that I do, and half the place in the world that I do...you would too.

not being a jackass, but where I am is a pretty fuckin respectable and well paying place, in 6 months I'll have enough money to put a down payment on a mercedes benz, which doesn't mean shit to you but is actually really big to me, given the shit I came from in LA.

you started this, all you would have had to say is "I hate them, and I think they are fuckin gay" your smart enough to pull that one off.
