Yeah the truck is under my moms insurance but in my name. It's cheepest that way, and its still $180 a month for the lowest coverage. Just liability or whatever it is called. PLUS thats with being on the B honor roll...im ready to friggin take that gecko and eat him.

Re: Looking for a Fiero

The #1 problem with Sebrings, I'm told, is wiring problems. Sounds like you've proven that true!!! I almost bought a brand new 04 until I found out what junk they were. Well, that and my wife would have killed me for spending $35,000 and not telling her first. You should have seen the look on her face when I showed her the brand 'spankin new ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR fully loaded 2005 Saab 9-3 Convertible. She loved it before she saw the price tag. After that it was all downhill. I tried reasoning with her, hell it was less then 25% of the price of the individually numbered limited edition 2002 Ferrari 550 Barchetta I'm dying to own, but you know wives- they just can't understand the value of a fine European automobile.

Hey eatmydust - ask your parents if I can be on their insurance too.

Hey kid Im 19 and i Have a fiero for sale... for your insurance ? most likely it would cost about 120 bucks a month for liability thats what it costed me with 2 accidents on my record... But My fiero is a project in progressit WAS black with the silver but i painted it blue with whit trim it looks good. i have a fresh 2.8 in it bored .030 over, cast ported heads, cut crank, new rods, forged pistons, moly rings, comp ratio 10:1, stainless valves, higher tension springs, 1.52 ratio rocker arms, msd igniton, spitfire wires, high volume oil pump, CUSTOM POLY MOTOR MOUNTS... The thing is just built to move all it needs is a turbo with some stainless headers and ul run somewhere about 10 or 11's Im askin 4000 for it firm only 300 miles on motor and trans painted last year with sound system.

You painted your transmission...? And you would need quite the INSANE turbo to get into the TENS with just that stuff, like one off a jet plane...lol.

Re: Looking for a Fiero

Lol @ painted tranny. At least he didn't put NOS Stickers, a 6" exhaust tip, and an aluma-wing on it.

Hey mac, nice boat - do you go waterskiing with that? If someone replaced a convertible top for me and it did that I'd beat them sensless then make 'em do it over.

Fiero insurance isnt bad. Im in NJ who has the highest insurance rates in the country and i pay $1,200 a year which is cheap compared to some of my friends (like $2,500 for a 91 sentra). I have a factory blue 87 GT that i bought when i was 16 (im 18 now)

check out www.fiero.nl

go to the left side and under "discussion" select Pennocks Fiero Forum. Over 9000 members there. My name there is GTFiero1
