Re: 1 Sick BMW 635CSI!

umm i ran into 2-3 problems this morning when looking and planing ahead 1. the motor mounts for the 7m are WAY farther back than the bmw motor 2.the transmission is WAY longer so i might cut the tranny at the block and join it with the bmw tranny 3. putting a mild system in the trunk is going to be a challenge because of the fuel necks and stuff but i think i can do it thankx for the replys guys i will have pics today some time (its 6:30 in the morn here lol)

Re: 1 Sick BMW 635CSI!

I would like to see this one finished because this is my special love (635). But the engine, well I won't bother with that no more just to say that in last 10-20 years only 6 cyl. engines that recived award was from BMW and Alfa

yea i understand this heats alot of BMW fans but its diffrent and this is like a "wow im too broke to buy more kits" build lol anyways heres some progress got parts painted and found more problems with the motor and stuff the problem is the strut brace is hitting the intake but ill fix it anyways heres the pics!
i cut the long intake/fliter tube for the turbo off im gonna put a filter on it later on

i spray painted the silver hand painted the black and thats pretty much all for today my hopes for this project are slowly coming to an end umm im having major money problems and i need to find a way to pay the rent and bills so this will probly be my last project for awhile until everything gets straightened out feed back plz!

Re: 1 Sick BMW 635CSI!

In fact I don't mind what's under the hood... the 6 serie is sooooooo sexy!
For a two (or three) tones paintjob, I guess I'd choose to make the front and upper black, sides and back silver, and a wide red line between them... And just follow the lines of the front lights and the side body line till the rear end.

I'm curious to see the result of yours!

And great job with the engine fitting!
