I think that most women would be able to drive if they wouldn't have to talk at the same time all the time....old people, now thats another story.

i am a women and i drive and love to work on cars or trucks.i do know that there are some women out there that, don't need to drive they are dangerous to themself and other. but maybe they have not learned to respect the car or truck that they are driving.

alot of women can drive well but also alot cant. just yesterday i was in the YMCA parking lot about to go home, got out of my parking space and started turning to go to the exit, then this lady in this busted ass whatever car it was kept driving and almost hit me and had the nerve to honk. then she drove up and started mugging me and at that point she had to pick the finger. (felt kinda bad tho because i didnt see her 6 year old son in the car)

I can't understand how some of you guys guy can be so bold as to say that no woman should be on the road, that just blows my mind. I think a women that can handle her automobile is incredibly sexy and especially if they are driving a pick-up. It says so much, it says that she is self confident, independent, and has things under control. Now I will admit that men do tend to enjoy driving alot more than women, but I have known a few women that absolutely love to drive. My mother for example she could out drive many men. She owed a brand new 1996 Intrepid up until just last month and never so much as hit a shopping cart with it. Now doesn't that say something? So please guys, take into consideration that lumping the gender into one big "can't drive" population is taking it alittle to far. Women are not just on the planet to make babies and clean the house.

Most guys hate getting beat by a girl in a fast car. I beat a guy going thru mid life crisis in a camry the other day...smoked him. He was pissed to say the least.

Alright, I see there is still men out there who think we should not drive Pretty funny! Anyway I am a woman and here is my issue with other women but let's not forget there is men who really suck at driving too!!!! I have nothing against women who like a fast car, I do BUT if you want to get behind the wheel of a faster car you better know how too handle it. Nothing ticks me off more than when some insecure women (or man) driving in front of me, they creep along, are not always sure of where it is they want to go, constantly are on the breaks and just simply dont not know where the gas is! Since we live in europe you see that a lot around here from american liscense plates I do not like minivans, I would never own one, but to each it's own. If we have kids I will be the cool Mom with the nice car, but no minivan for me. Even worse is a person who cannot figure out how a manual works. Shifting in wrong gears, stalling at the light ect. If you cannot drive a stick then do not buy one. Now my biggest pet peeve is when a woman ( or man) cannnot figure out what that little hood release is for. They never use it, don't check their oil and other fluids, but when you try to tell them that they should start making it a habit of looking under the hood they tell you "what for , that is why I have a Husband"! But yet the worst thing out there, now you tell me what you think of that, is when you see somebody ride around in a car, any car thinking they are gold and their car is the just the most precious thing, yet the car is the filthiest thing you have ever seen, break dust so bad you cannot tell if they got rims or caps and when you look inside you see dirt everywhere and fast food wrapers and soda cups laying all over, now that is gross! If you are old enough to ride around in it you are old enough to have some pride in yourself and your car too keep it nice, and ladies do not send your husband out to do the job, because it is actually rewarding when somebody complements your husband on "his'' nice car and he just looks at them and says"my wife keeps the cars looking nice, she is better at it than I am" and all you hear then is some poor guy saying"dude, I cannot even get my wife to clean the house or cook, how come yours takes care of the cars"?

Any one can buy a fast car but to be able to brag about it, you have to be the one that built the engine to make it that fast... any person with the right amount of money can buy a fast car... so whats the point... but if you built your car and built you engine then you have all the braggin rights in the world... but yea that was just in response to the one chick that actually said something in this thread
