Very hot. Great treatment of a great car... I can just hear it buzz around a track with it's great poise. Your model looks fantastic! Kudos on those headlamps, beautiful! Kudos on it all! Marvelous! Makes me want to drag mine out. Great work!

Nice build up. I am digging the black rims tucked under that yellow. Pretty darn sweet.

Thumbs up Itr

Thanks for the warm welcome and the feedback on this car. This is a good community here from what I've seen here.

Here are the wheels on HLJ...
http://www.hlj.com/scripts/hljpage.cgi?AOS24478
I was suprised by the way they turned out. I wasn't a fan when they first arrived all chrome. For a change I sprayed the centers black, used some Pegasus tires, and was pretty satisfied with the results.

The headlights on this kit need Alclad or bare metal foil. Nothing fancy here on mine, just Alclad applied over gloss black. Once this stuff is on though, the lights just start coming together looks-wise. Then I carefully brush on the frames with flat black enamel and touch up with a fine-tip black permanent marker. Also I take the marker around the edges of the headlight lenses for added effect.

I'll be sure to post more pics of this and projects as they come up...

Take it easy...
