Like I said, If they put them on all the compressors then you wouldn't have to take your car to the dealerships for diagnostic. It would be an easier job for the consumer to do at home. Makes monetary since. The more complicated the system the more in house repairs the dealer will see.

Have 1990 CONTINENTAL air Ride OEM. System is variable. Sometimes it's the front and sometimes it's the rear that goes down (both left & right together). Sometimes disconnecting the battery cause a system reset - this allows for temporary perfect leveling (gets us out the driveway!). After a bit the front downs down (together Left and right). If parked for a couple of days the front always drops and the rear is way up. Can't find the air ride controller. Considering adding a manual pump with pressure indicator for manual control.
I do like Matthew_14 suggestions!
