Re: Sheetbox vs RiceTown

At the end of the day it was our decision, but my house is literally like 2 minutes away with traffic so it just happened. My friend was merely over the limit but he was far from a stereotypical drunk person, and a bit of adrenaline always keeps the concentration up.

Re: Sheetbox vs RiceTown

Translation: Your attempt in justification of a potentially VERY dangerous situation only brings out the idiocy with which your entire inane outing is based on. The fact that you say “with traffic” makes it worse: it’s one thing to be stupid with your own lives, but to put other people at risk is beyond irresponsible. Drunk driving is the only offence for which I have no pity towards the guilty, and those who do drive drunk rate quite low on my scale of respect. And if anything, adrenaline on top of already being impaired will make you jumpy.

Way to prove a point, buddy. You go out, get drunk, your buddy who is also drunk is driving. Driving over the limit in traffic is very stupid, your reactions are usually so slowed that you need at least 3 seconds to react, and that's if you're driving alone, and don't have a drunk jackass next to you in the passenger seat. Going beyond that, you engage in a fucking street race, while drunk! That's a recipe to kill someone. Not only do you do this, you come in here, and start fucking bragging about doing this.

When someone with an ounce of common sense, and not several ounces of liquor in them, points out that what you did is stupid, and put several peoples lives at risk, you get defensive and insult them! On top of that, you have insulted someone who has the power to ban you, and would be quite justified in doing that.

Hell, I'd feel quite justified banning you on principle, just so I wouldn't have to read another thread like this.

Re: Sheetbox vs RiceTown

He's got you there dude. you might not want to talk sh!t to a moderator.first, you drink and drive (hell even street race)then when someone tells you that it's wrong(which it is) you get pissed about it and talk shit to them.this show's you don't have alot of common sense. It's one thing to drink and be safe with a DD it's other to street race. were not trying to be a buzz kill, but when people drink and drive it's not just the people drinking that can get hurt. Say your friend hit other car and killed someone's mom, dad, brother or sister I think your good time would have ended pretty quick.I think you get my point and I hope you will make better choices.

Street racing in itself is pretty stupid, but we all do it anyways. Drinking and driving is a whole different story though. It's quite possible to street race safely, even though you have much less time to react to anything that happens, provided you're in a situation where nothing is likely to happen.

Drinking and driving, and from the way buddy described the situation, regularly, is a recipe for disaster. Not only do you have less time to react, you often can't see situations forming until it's too late to react, like pedestrians at crosswalks, someone pulling out from a parking lot, etc.

Doing both at once is so stupid it defies belief.

This idiot is being made an example of why you do not drink and drive, and why you do not drink, drive, and then come bragging on this board about it.

What you do on your own time is your business, but what you post on AF can get you in trouble here. If you want to drink and drive, or drive while under the influence of drugs, we can't stop you. However if you post about it here, what we can do is stop you from posting here. Frankly, it's not acceptable subject matter, and it makes the whole community look bad.
