Re: to all the turbo'd h22 ludes out there
internals are RODS, PISTONS, and CAMSHAFTS. When you replace the Camshafts, which isnt necessary to replace, you usually need to replace the stock valve train. This consists of INTAKE and EXHAUST VALVES, VALVE SPRINGS, and SPRING RETAINERS. These would be enough to run higher boost very safely and would help in adding power as well. If you are wanting to run high boost though you would definently want to SLEEVE your block. Darton makes good sleeves and there are others out there as well. This will require machine work to be done to you block if you choose to sleeve you block as well. I don't know everything, but if any other question let me know and I will try to help you out as best I can.

Re: to all the turbo'd h22 ludes out there
sleeves strengthen the cylinder walls because the block is made out of aluminum which is weak. You install sleeves which are made of a stronger metal like iron and it makes the cylinder walls able to withstand higher pressures.
