I would be Batman, He can be just a normal guy, but then whamo he's a cool superhero.
That and I have a thing for gothic style.

definitely spiderman. he's the coolest! being able to lift something 80 times your own weight... sweet! web slingin, spidy sense, hot girlfriend, lots of cool things about spidey!

hmmm Darkwing Duck!!
You can get hit by a car, run over by a semi, and fall off a 100 story building into the pavement and be just fine  a less painful superhero for me would be superman of course, as I already am invisable man  well, it seems that way though...

I would go with the human torch but then the issue of being the worlds biggest flamer comes in to the picture, not to mention having to say flame on everytime i want to battle evil. He really must get a lot of crap back at the justice league, or maybe he just hangs with the ambiguously gay duo....... my plans are foiled again.

I'd either be Batman or The Flash. Batman because of all the cool gadjets and the Flash because he's so fast. It doesn't matter how much strength and power you have if you can't connect. I'm all about speed!
