Who the hell would race their Ion against a supra? Ions ar gay plastic peices of domestic garbage. They just took all the leftover defective bumpers from all the gm plants, melted them down, and molded them into body panels. The motor is probably plastic for crying out loud. I feel bad for the dude who lost against him. Id blam it on a slight breeze helping the oversized bubble. His supra is heavy and aerodynamic, that Ion is light and not as aerodynamic. I would shoot the driver of the Ion before i drove off the bridge.

Wow a lot of ignorant comments here. People calling the Ion gay even tho they know nothing about it at all.

Here's some facts for you... The Ion Redline has a supercharged engine with 200 hp and 200 lb/ft of torque. Even the base model Ion has 140 hp and 150 lb/ft of torque which is not that little for such a light car (2700 lbs).

thats sad man. my 90 celica destroyed an ion and my celica is pretty slow. and i so admired supras lol
