There is an inkjet system for decal making,I've heard mixed reviews on it !

Micro Mark inkjet info

Still the best alternative is an ALPS Printer,unfortunately ALPS stopped making them and Okidata started making them now Okidata has stopped
or so the rumor says.
ALPS are finicky at best and very fragile and not to be used as an every
day printer (if you could find one)
Evil Bay has some on auction if you got money !!
